16th June, 2026 We are partnering with Catholic Care Western Sydney & Blue Mountains to recruit 2-3 Case Workers for their Families Together program (formerly Family Preservation). These are fantastic opportunities to join a growing, well-supported service delivering early intervention support to children, young people, and families across Western Sydney. The Opportunity As a Case Worker, you will work directly with families to provide practical, strengths-based support , helping to improve safety, well-being, and long-term outcomes. You'll be part of a collaborative team delivering services across Parramatta, Penrith, and Blacktown , supporting families with complex needs. Offices based in the Blactown area.
